Quality Policy

Henningsen Foods, Inc. management and employees are committed to continuous improvement of product quality and customer service. Henningsen maintains a vendor evaluation and approval program to assure that only safe, high quality materials are used in the production of Henningsen products.

Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and allergen control programs are used in the production of all Henningsen products. Heat treatment protocols used in all Henningsen Foods’ processes far exceed the minimum requirements for microbiological safety set by the United States Department of Agriculture-Food Safety Inspection Service.

Finished product testing in Henningsen’s USDA registered laboratory verifies that each lot of product is safe and of the highest quality. Henningsen invites customer input throughout the business process and provides the highest level of technical service before and after the sale.
